Job Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain processes for the Arusha bottling plant. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the analyst will be responsible for data‑driven planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock positions.
- Collaborate with procurement to align purchase orders with forecasted demand and production schedules.
- Generate weekly and monthly supply chain performance reports for senior management.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Support the implementation of ERP system enhancements and data integrity initiatives.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce lead times.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align supply chain activities with sales and marketing plans.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.

Education

Salary
