Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain processes for the Arusha bottling plant. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock positions.
  • Collaborate with procurement to align purchase orders with forecasted demand and production schedules.
  • Generate weekly and monthly supply chain performance reports for senior management.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of ERP system enhancements and data integrity initiatives.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and reduce lead times.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align supply chain activities with sales and marketing plans.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education

Salary
