Job Overview

This role focuses on optimizing cargo logistics, coordinating vessel operations, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations. The position is ideal for professionals seeking to advance in maritime supply chain management within a dynamic, globally integrated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cargo loading/unloading operations at Mtwara Port
  • Manage vessel schedules and port authority documentation
  • Monitor compliance with International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards
  • Collaborate with customs officials for seamless cargo clearance
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies for maritime logistics

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in maritime logistics software (e.g., Vessel Operations Management Systems)
  • Strong understanding of port operations and cargo handling protocols

Education
