Job Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Morogoro, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain, ensuring that they are delivered to our customers on time and in good condition.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all logistics activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of goods and materials within our supply chain
- Ensure that all logistics activities are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, including delivery times and costs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
