Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement cost‑saving initiatives and strategic sourcing plans.
  • Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, savings, and market trends for senior management.

Education

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications such as CPSM or CIPS are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

A minimum of three to five years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment is required. Experience with large‑scale commodity sourcing and supplier relationship management will be highly valued.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 1,200,000 to SSP 2,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and other incentives.
