Key Responsibilities

• Represent the firm and its clients in various legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.

• Manage and mentor junior legal associates and paralegals within the firm.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal disputes efficiently.

Education

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university is mandatory. Candidates must also hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. Professional certification and membership in the Tanganyika Law Society are required for this position.
