The Senior Process Engineer will lead the design, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes for BASF Tanzania’s new production line in Shinyanga. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct process simulations, hazard analyses, and risk assessments to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize existing processes to improve yield, reduce waste, and lower energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with R&D to integrate new product formulations into manufacturing workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operators.

Required Skills
