Job Overview
The IoT Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end‑to‑end IoT solutions that enable businesses, municipalities, and agricultural enterprises in Tanzania to harness real‑time data for smarter decision‑making. Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype IoT architectures tailored to sectors such as agriculture, logistics, and smart cities.
- Develop firmware and software for embedded devices, ensuring low power consumption and robust security.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++ and Python for device programming.
- Hands‑on experience with IoT communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, LwM2M).
- Strong understanding of cellular technologies, especially LTE‑M, NB‑IoT, and 5G.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and edge computing concepts.
- Knowledge of security frameworks for IoT, including encryption, authentication, and secure boot.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.

Education
