Job Overview

Join our team in Dodoma as a Climate Resilience Analyst to support the design and implementation of climate adaptation initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing climate data, developing risk mitigation strategies, and engaging stakeholders to enhance community preparedness for climate-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct climate risk assessments for agricultural and urban communities
  • Develop climate resilience frameworks for local governments and NGOs
  • Collaborate with meteorological services to interpret climate data
  • Design community engagement programs for climate education
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of climate adaptation projects

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in GIS mapping and climate modeling software

Salary

2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP per annum, depending on experience.
