Job Overview

Atos SE seeks a Digital Innovation Strategist to lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives in Tanzania. This role will focus on integrating emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for clients in Tanzania.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for technological innovation.
  • Lead workshops to align stakeholders on digital roadmaps and KPIs.
  • Partner with vendors to deploy cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Monitor industry trends to recommend disruptive technologies for competitive advantage.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in digital strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of AI, IoT, and blockchain applications.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Jira.
  • Fluency in Swahili and English.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in Digital Transformation or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • 3-5 years in digital transformation, IT consulting, or technology leadership roles.
  • Experience in East African markets (preferred).

Salary

4,000,000 – 6,000,000 TSH per month, depending on experience and performance.
