Job Overview

This role involves conducting environmental impact assessments for development projects, ensuring alignment with conservation goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate environmental impacts of infrastructure, agriculture, and mining projects in Mbeya.
  • Conduct field surveys, data collection, and ecological monitoring.
  • Prepare technical reports and mitigation strategies for regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies on conservation initiatives.
  • Advocate for sustainable practices in project planning and implementation.

Required Skills

Salary

2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience.
