We are seeking an experienced Environmental Policy Analyst to join our team in Mbeya. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing policies that promote environmental conservation and sustainable development in Tanzania.

Job Overview

The Environmental Policy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and developing policies that promote environmental conservation and sustainable development in Tanzania. The successful candidate will work closely with our team in Mbeya to develop and implement effective conservation strategies, and will also engage with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to promote our work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science or a related field, and will have experience working on policy development and implementation. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies that promote environmental conservation and sustainable development in Tanzania
  • Work closely with our team in Mbeya to develop and implement effective conservation strategies
  • Engage with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to promote our work
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy development and implementation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other NGOs

Required Skills
