Job Overview
The Hospitality Revenue Manager will play a critical role in maximizing the profitability of our hotel properties through strategic pricing, inventory management, and market analysis. This role requires a data-driven professional who can interpret complex market trends and translate them into actionable revenue strategies. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure our pricing remains competitive while optimizing the RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and ADR (Average Daily Rate). Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual revenue management strategies to maximize total hotel revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust daily rates and availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize group business and corporate account pricing.
- Monitor distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, and direct booking engines to ensure rate parity.
- Provide regular revenue forecasting reports to the General Manager and regional leadership.
- Identify new revenue streams through ancillary services and upselling programs.

- Advanced proficiency in revenue management software and Excel.
- Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities for complex data interpretation.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting financial strategies to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality distribution landscape and OTA management.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in Revenue Management or Data Analytics are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in a revenue management or commercial role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex pricing structures is essential for success in this role.
