Key Duties and Responsibilities

Packaging Process Operations

• Operate packaging systems to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
• Execute machine start-up, shutdown, and continuous running operations.
• Manage waste reduction activities during production processes.
• Support brand and packaging changeovers according to operational standards.

Machine Operations and Equipment Management

• Monitor packaging equipment and production machinery performance.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and first-level maintenance.
• Conduct routine cleaning and operational inspections.
• Identify out-of-control situations and take corrective action promptly.

Quality Assurance and Process Monitoring

• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
