Job Overview
The Retail Store Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing store performance across Shoprite’s network in Tanzania. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the analyst will evaluate sales data, inventory metrics, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Monitor inventory turnover, shrinkage, and stock replenishment cycles to ensure optimal stock levels.

- Prepare detailed operational dashboards and present findings to senior leadership.
