Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in risk modelling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Tanzanian banking regulations and Basel III standards.

Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Experience

Candidates must possess 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in risk management, preferably within a banking or financial services environment. Experience in credit risk analysis, market risk monitoring, or operational risk control will be evaluated positively.

Salary
