Key Job Responsibilities
The Sales Officer will lead sales growth, customer engagement, and operational execution.
Strategic Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Drive customer acquisition campaigns through door-to-door outreach and local market engagement strategies
- Achieve customer growth targets across assigned energy hubs
- Promote solar-powered energy solutions to local communities
- Expand customer base while improving service accessibility
- Build trust and strong relationships with community members
Revenue Management & Customer Retention
- Maximize Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
- Improve customer retention and reduce customer churn
- Support customer migration from pay-per-use systems to membership models
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
- Implement sales initiatives to improve revenue performance
