Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market, geological, and economic analyses for prospective mining sites.
• Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow, NPV, and IRR calculations.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management and external investors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to gather technical data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Assess regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and community impact considerations.
• Monitor industry trends, commodity price movements, and technological advancements to inform project decisions.
• Support the preparation of investment proposals and business cases for new mine development.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of mining engineering principles, geology, and resource estimation.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional project teams.

Education

Experience

Minimum of five years of experience in mining project evaluation, feasibility studies, or strategic analysis within the mining sector. Prior experience in Tanzania or East Africa is highly desirable.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance‑based incentives.
