Job Overview
The Renewable Energy Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Shell Tanzania’s renewable energy projects in the Mwanza region and beyond. This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The manager will act as the primary liaison between Shell’s global renewable energy division, local authorities, contractors, and community stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for solar, wind, and hybrid energy installations.

- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and global stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to safeguard project outcomes.
- Lead contract negotiations with EPC contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Required Skills

Education

Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five years of proven experience managing renewable energy projects of at least 10 MW capacity, preferably within East Africa. Salary
