Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives of corporate clients, understanding their strategic objectives and financial requirements.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities across the bank’s product suite, including loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury services.
  • Structure and negotiate complex financing solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and bank risk appetite.
  • Prepare detailed credit proposals, financial analyses, and risk assessments for approval committees.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and proactively address any credit concerns.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, risk officers, and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the Corporate Banking division.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
  • In‑depth knowledge of corporate banking products and regulatory environment in Tanzania.

Education
