Job Purpose
The Global Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing operational systems that enable reliable implementation and support of the IMPALA system across multiple countries.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on supply chain operations, logistics management, operational frameworks, partner coordination, country readiness, and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will work closely with Country Managers, leadership teams, distributors, and service partners to ensure operational excellence and sustainable scale.
Key Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)
1. Supplier & Partner Management
The Global Operations Manager will:
- Build and maintain strong operational relationships with:
- Manufacturers
- Suppliers
- Distributors
- Service providers
- Technology partners
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with manufacturers and technology providers.
- Develop frameworks for selecting, contracting, monitoring, and reviewing distributors and service partners.
- Support negotiations, renewals, and supplier performance management.
- Establish governance systems for operational performance monitoring.
2. Operational Planning & Coordination
The successful candidate will:
- Maintain global oversight of operational capacity across countries.
- Coordinate operational planning alongside Country Managers.
- Ensure alignment between expansion plans and operational readiness.
- Support implementation readiness for expansion into new countries.
- Translate rollout strategies into operational requirements.
- Oversee risk mitigation and operational continuity planning.
