Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all beer products meet Heineken’s high quality standards and comply with local regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non‑routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products.
• Document and analyze test results, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment according to ISO 17025 standards.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to senior management.
• Support internal and external audits, including HACCP, GMP, and local food safety inspections.
• Contribute to the development and revision of quality procedures, specifications, and work instructions.
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as chromatography, spectrophotometry, and microbiological testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS) and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP principles.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline is required. Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Six Sigma Green Belt are advantageous.

Experience

Applicants should have 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in a quality assurance or laboratory role within the food and beverage sector. Experience with brewery operations or alcoholic beverage testing is highly preferred.

Salary

The competitive salary range for this role is SSP 1,500,000 to SSP 2,500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and annual salary reviews are part of the compensation package.
