Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Dodoma, Tanzania. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the supply chain operations in Tanzania, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that supply chain operations are aligned with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
