Job Overview
The Procurement Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services essential to TBL’s production lines. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role involves developing cost‑effective procurement strategies, negotiating with local and international suppliers, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and Tanzanian regulations. Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal value for the organization.

- Prepare and manage the annual procurement budget, providing accurate forecasts and variance analysis.

- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to Tanzanian procurement laws, corporate governance policies, and AB InBev’s global standards.

Education

Experience
A minimum of five years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management within the manufacturing sector is required.
